Product Warranties
Warranty services will be provided under the following conditions unless mentioned differently in our official quotations or invoices:
- Immediately and effectively notify Guarantor about determined device’s defects and cease any using of it.
- The marked device along with copy of commercial invoice should be delivered to the Guarantor Service Center.
- The serial number of the delivered defective device must match the serial number sold to Customer.
- The device should be delivered together with a detailed and readable description of the technical problem.
- The delivered device should have intact seals with production date or serial numbers of the Guarantor or the Manufacturer and should be appropriately packaged during its loading, transportation and unloading.
- The shipment to the Guarantor Service Center must be arranged and paid by the Customer

Website Warranty
This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Titan Hills Holding LLC express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
Order Cancellation
Once an order or payment is received for a quotation, or invoice. Cancelling the order will be subject to a 30% restocking fee or as per what is stated in the quotation or invoice only if the order has not gone under production. Refund will only be issued after deducting the fee within 10-15 business days. If the order is under production, the cancellation charges will be 100% of the order value.
Reservation of Stock
Items are only reserved under the following conditions:
- All our items are not reserved until an order confirmation email is sent by Titan Hills Holding LLC
- Payments must be reflected in our bank statement
Any email stating the stock availability of an item should not to be treated as a stock reservation of the item unless a written order confirmation is sent to the customer.
All above mentioned conditions are accepted or rejected under the discretion of Titan Hills Holding LLC management.
Out of Stock Orders
In the event that the order is placed and the item are showing in-stock status at the time of order but physical inventory is not available. Titan Hills Holding LLC will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred. If the customer has paid against a quotation or an invoice with or without an order confirmation, in this case, Titan Hills Holding LLC under their discretion will decide whether to accept the order as a backorder or refund the amount within 10-15 business days. If the back order is processed and the customer decides to cancel the order at this stage, it will be subject to the Order Cancellation policy.
Events outside of our control
Titan Hills Holding LLC will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the Contract that is caused by any act or event which is beyond our reasonable control (an “Event Outside Our Control”).
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under the Contract/Purchase Orders:
(a) we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible; and
(b) our obligations under the Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects the Inspection Date we will arrange a new Inspection Date with you.
You may cancel the order if it is affected by an Event Outside Our Control which has continued for more than 30 days in which case we will refund the full order amount.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Titan Hills Holding LLC, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Titan Hills Holding LLC, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Titan Hills Holding LLC from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Variation of Terms
Titan Hills Holding LLC is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it deems fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Assignment
Titan Hills Holding LLC is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Titan Hills Holding LLC and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for the resolution of any disputes.
