References in this Policy to "Titan Hills" include all branded divisions, trade names, and service lines operated by or on behalf of Titan Hills Holding LLC, including but not limited to Titan Cloud Services. Titan Cloud Services is operated by Titan Hills Holding LLC and is not a separate legal entity unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement executed by an authorized officer of Titan Hills.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use the Site or submit any information through it.

This Policy does not apply to information collected offline, through channels not linked to the Site, or by any third party whose website or service may be linked from or integrated with the Site.

Titan Hills may use Calendly or similar third-party scheduling tools to facilitate the booking of consultations, demonstrations, meetings, or other appointments through the Site or through links provided by Titan Hills.

When you use such scheduling tools, the third-party provider may collect and process information you submit, including but not limited to:

  • Email address
  • Company or organization name
  • Meeting preferences and availability
  • Any additional information you provide in scheduling fields or notes

Titan Hills may receive various submissions through the Site, including but not limited to quote requests, product specifications, technical drawings, documents, files, ideas, suggestions, concepts, feedback, or other materials ("Submissions").

Unless Titan Hills has entered into a separate, written confidentiality agreement or nondisclosure agreement executed by an authorized representative of Titan Hills expressly covering specific information, all Submissions are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You should not submit any information through the Site that you consider confidential, proprietary, or trade secret unless and until Titan Hills has agreed in writing to confidentiality obligations covering such information.

By making a Submission, you grant Titan Hills a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit the Submission for any lawful business purpose, without obligation of compensation, attribution, or confidentiality, except as expressly provided in a separate written agreement.
