Product Overview
Electronic soft starter, 55kW at 400V 3-phase, with integrated bypass contactor. Provides smooth voltage ramp-up on start, reducing inrush current and mechanical stress. Bypass contactor engages at full speed, eliminating thyristor heat losses during running.
Soft starter reduces motor inrush to 2–4× FLC during start vs 6–8× for DOL. Integrated bypass eliminates heat dissipation in thyristors during steady-state running. For pumps, compressors, and conveyors where torque control during start is critical.
