Product Overview
DIN rail signal surge protection device for 24VDC, 4-20mA/HART instrument signal loops. Protects field transmitters and control system input cards from voltage transients induced on long cable runs. Suitable for ATEX Zone 2 installations.
Install at marshalling cabinet end. One device per loop. Confirm 4-20mA signal transparency — some SPDs add loop resistance. HART compatible — signal SPD must not affect HART 1200Hz superimposed signal.
