Product Overview
Torch-inlet type flashback arrestor for oxygen hose line, 9/16 inch RH male-female in-line body. Contains stainless steel sintered filter, spring-loaded non-return (check) valve, and thermal cutoff element that permanently closes the valve if activated by flashback flame temperature. EN ISO 5175 / BS 6158 compliant. Required on all oxy-fuel oxygen lines under most site hot-work safety regulations.
Mandatory fitting per EN ISO 5175 and most O&G/petrochemical site safety procedures. Fit between hose and torch body on oxygen side. Inspect check valve and sinter filter condition annually or after any flashback event.
