ER4043 aluminium silicon MIG wire for GMAW of 6061, 6063, and 5xxx series aluminium alloys.
Product Overview
5% silicon ER4043 aluminium wire for MIG welding. Lower crack sensitivity than ER5356 on heat-treatable alloys. Use with pure Ar shielding gas. Good fluidity and bead appearance on 6061, 6063, and most 5xxx series aluminium.
Not recommended for applications requiring anodising (ER5356 preferred for colour match). Use pure Ar shielding gas only.
