Product Overview
Type 27 flat profile flap disc, 115 mm, G40 zirconia alumina abrasive. Zirconia grain is self-sharpening under load — maintains cutting rate longer than aluminium oxide on weld toes and stainless. G40 coarse grit for weld bead removal, scale, and heavy surface conditioning. 13,300 RPM max.
Zirconia grade recommended where long disc life is required on stainless and structural steel weld zones. G40 for material removal; step to G60 or G80 for finishing.
