Product Overview
Type 27 flat profile flap disc, 125 mm, G60 aluminium oxide abrasive. Medium grit for second-stage weld finishing after coarse grinding, weld toe blending, and pre-paint surface preparation. Smooth finish, suitable for carbon and stainless steel. 12,200 RPM max.
Use after G40 for progressive finishing sequence. G60 produces surface finish adequate for most coating and painting specifications.
