Product Overview
AWS E308L-16 stainless steel electrode with low carbon content (max 0.03%) to minimise sensitisation risk. Suitable for welding 304, 304L, and 308 stainless steel in pressure and process service. Smooth arc, flat bead profile, suitable for all positions on DC+ or AC.
Low carbon grade mandatory for service above 400°C or in corrosive media where sensitisation is a concern. Specify E308L, not E308.
