PTA Powder Inconel 625, 45–150 µm, 5 kg Can
Inconel 625 spherical PTA powder for corrosion-resistant cladding on carbon steel substrates — 45–150 µm.
Product Overview
Gas-atomised Inconel 625 (UNS N06625: ~62% Ni, 22% Cr, 9% Mo, 3.5% Nb) spherical powder for Plasma Transferred Arc (PTA) deposition. Particle size 45–150 µm for standard PTA torch powder feeders. Deposits corrosion-resistant overlay matching wrought Alloy 625 chemistry after dilution correction. Used for anti-corrosion cladding of valve bodies, manifold internals, and riser components in sour (H2S/CO2) service.
Dilution control is critical — keep dilution below 10% to maintain deposit chemistry equivalent to wrought Alloy 625. Specify minimum overlay thickness to achieve required chemistry after dilution.
