NiCrBSi-cobalt blend PTA powder for combined wear and corrosion resistance — 45–150 µm, hardness 50–58 HRC.
Product Overview
NiCrBSi base alloy blended with 20–25% cobalt additions for improved toughness and elevated-temperature hardness retention compared to standard NiCrBSi. Hardness 50–58 HRC as-deposited by PTA. Suitable for mixed wear-corrosion requirements on pump shafts, sleeve bearings, and impeller wear rings where both hardness and chemical resistance are specified.
Cobalt-bearing grade preferred over plain NiCrBSi where service temperature exceeds 400°C or where impact loading may occur.
