ER4043 aluminium silicon TIG rod for GTAW of 6061, 6063, and 5xxx series aluminium alloys.
Product Overview
5% Si aluminium TIG rod for GTAW. Low hot-crack sensitivity on heat-treatable alloys. Good puddle fluidity and bright, clean bead. Suitable for 6061, 6063, and most 5xxx series aluminium. Pure Ar shielding gas required.
Not recommended for parts requiring anodising (colour mismatch). Prefer ER5356 for structural aluminium requiring anodising.
