Welding, Cutting & Surface Preparation — Welding Consumables
SAW Flux Fused Neutral F6A0, 25 kg Bag
Fused neutral SAW flux, AWS F6A0 classification, for multi-pass welds on carbon steel where slag control and bead profile are critical.
Product Overview
Fused neutral flux with basicity index approximately 1.0–1.2. Low moisture absorption — more stable in humid storage than agglomerated. Stable arc, excellent slag detachability, flat bead profile for tight tolerance multi-pass work. Compatible with most EM, EL, and EH-grade SAW wires.
Less sensitive to moisture than agglomerated flux — suitable for sites with limited storage oven availability. Neutral classification: flux does not significantly alter deposit alloy chemistry.
