Product Overview
High-purity gas-atomised Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) powder with tight particle size distribution (D10/D50/D90: 45/72/105 µm) and high sphericity for consistent laser powder-feed nozzle flow. Designed for laser cladding / Directed Energy Deposition (DED). Low satellite content for minimal nozzle wear. Deposit chemistry matches wrought Alloy 625 at dilution < 5% — suitable for NORSOK qualification on subsea valve and manifold components.
Specify powder flowability (Hall flow, Carney flow) for compatibility with your specific laser head. NORSOK M-601 qualification requires chemistry verification of final deposit — order with material certificate.
