Laser Cladding Powders
High-purity spherical powders for laser cladding / Directed Energy Deposition (DED) processes. Particle size typically 45–105 µm for powder-feed laser systems. Tighter distribution and higher sphericity than PTA powders to ensure consistent powder flow in laser nozzles. Inconel 625 for corrosion-barrier cladding; Stellite 6 for high-hardness tribological surfaces; WC-Ni composite for maximum abrasion resistance in laser-deposited overlays.
