Welding, Cutting & Surface Preparation — Welding Consumables
Spray and Fuse Powder NiCrBSi-Fe Blend, 53–150 µm, 5 kg Can
NiCrBSi-Fe blend self-fluxing powder — cost-effective 40–48 HRC spray-and-fuse coating for general wear resistance.
Product Overview
Iron-blended NiCrBSi alloy powder for cost-effective spray-and-fuse coatings. Higher iron content (15–20%) reduces nickel content and cost while maintaining acceptable hardness (40–48 HRC) for general-purpose wear applications. Suitable for shaft rebuild and light-duty protection where maximum hardness is not required. Lower bond strength than pure NiCrBSi grades — confirm substrate compatibility.
Cost-optimised alternative where Ni-rich grades are over-specified. Not recommended for corrosive service — iron content raises susceptibility to oxidation and pitting.
