Spray and Fuse Powder NiCrBSi High Carbon Grade, 53–150 µm, 5 kg Can
NiCrBSi high carbon self-fluxing powder — 55–60 HRC spray-and-fuse coating for severe abrasion and erosion resistance.
Product Overview
High carbon NiCrBSi alloy powder (elevated C and B for increased chromium boride and carbide precipitate density). Hardness 55–60 HRC after fusing — significantly harder than standard grade. For components subject to severe dry abrasion and erosion: valve piston rods in sand-bearing fluids, agitator shafts in abrasive slurries, and pump components in gritty produced-water service.
Higher hardness grade has reduced toughness — do not specify for impact-loaded components. Requires controlled fusing temperature to avoid overrunning and loss of deposit definition on small or complex parts.
