HVOF Powder WC-Co 88/12, 15–45 µm, 5 kg Can
WC-Co 88/12 HVOF powder for maximum hardness wear-resistant coatings on industrial components — 15–45 µm spherical.
Product Overview
Agglomerated and sintered WC-Co 88/12 (88% tungsten carbide, 12% cobalt binder) thermal spray powder for HVOF deposition. Particle size D10/D50/D90: ~15/28/45 µm. Deposits at >1200 HV0.3. Suitable for high-velocity oxygen fuel spray systems. Used where maximum hardness and abrasion resistance are required with moderate corrosion requirement.
For enhanced corrosion resistance in wet service, specify WC-CoCr 86/10/4 instead. Consult spray parameter data sheet for specific HVOF gun (JP5000, Diamond Jet, Hipojet).
