Thermal spray feedstock powders for High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) deposition. Particle size typically 15–45 µm. WC-Co 88/12 for general wear; WC-CoCr 86/10/4 for combined wear and corrosion in O&G wet-service applications (pump seals, valve stems, choke components); Cr3C2-NiCr for high-temperature oxidation resistance; NiCrBSi for corrosion-resistant overlays.
